Sending ShareSync diagnostic report to our tech team is simple, follow below steps to quickly generate the report and send the diagnostic report ID back to our team for review. The report of issues with Sync and Application are uploaded automated to our support system to review further.
Step 1: Find the ShareSync icon on your task bar and right click
Step 2: On open ShareSync Notification bar, click settings Icon
Step 3: Select Help on ShareSync Settings screen
Step 4: Click option “Send diagnostic report”
Step 5: Email us back Report ID generated.
